These terms govern your use of Mingle (the “Service”), a free tool for creating event invitations and tracking RSVPs. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable use

• Only add contacts to a guest list when you have a legitimate reason to invite them.
• Don't use Mingle to send spam, harass others, or send unlawful or harmful content.
• Don't upload images or content you don't have the rights to use.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the events, images, and guest lists you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content in order to operate the Service for you.

Free service & availability

Mingle is provided free of charge and “as is.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
