Mingle (“we”, “us”) is a free tool for creating event invitations and tracking RSVPs. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Mingle you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account info: your email address, and (if you use Google sign-in) your name and profile basics from Google.
• Event content: events you create — titles, dates, locations, descriptions, and the invitation card images you upload.
• Guest details you provide: the names, emails, and phone numbers you add to your guest lists, and the RSVP responses, plus-ones, and notes guests submit.
• Usage & diagnostics: basic activity and error logs (e.g. event created, invite sent, RSVP received) used to operate and troubleshoot the service.

How we use it

• To provide the service: create events, send invitations by email, and collect RSVPs.
• To show hosts who is attending and to send host notifications and reminders.
• To keep the service secure, debug issues, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data or your guests' data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run Mingle:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — sending invitation and notification emails.
• Google — optional sign-in.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

Your responsibilities as a host

If you add other people's contact details to a guest list, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to invite them. You are responsible for the contacts you upload.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete an event (which removes its guests and messages) at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us using the Help button (the round ? in the bottom-right corner of any page).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
